Quick first reaction: very tasty, can taste the phalsa, sugar, black salt. But is it punchy? Of course since I did a more rough strain there are phalsa bits which are nice, but there are too many nucleation sites for the soda.
What I am noticing is that all the recipes ChatGPT is recommending and significantly lower amounts of acids, unlike the grapefruit recipe from Kevin.
