Just do the next thing
When you are working on a big project, the common advice is to work backwards. Work back from the vision you have or the end you are seeking. But what if you don’t have the vision or don’t know what the end looks like? Just do the next thing. What thing? The next thing that comes to mind. Let the path be revealed as you go.
